Program Description: The Brazil program is designed to provide our students with a choice of coursework in Music, Biology, and Marketing. Music is everywhere in Brazilian culture and day-to-day life. It is played in concert halls, taverns and in any place people gather socially, and our students will greatly benefit from learning about Brazilian music in the country it originated in. Students in the Biology course will take advantage of the site locations in Brazil, which include coastal zones and tropical rain forests, as part the country’s diverse ecosystems and areas specified for travel. As students begin to understand the organization of life, energy flow and metabolism, and interaction and information transfer of life; Brazil is able to provide the biodiversity for a practical learning experience.
