Please note: We can only help you book your flight if you have been accepted and received the clearance/go-ahead/flight instructions to book your flight.  Not all of you have received this yet, so please save the dates and times below for when you do.

Bring With You

• Passport
• Credit/debit card (be sure there is no limit!)
• Flight guidelines and arrival instructions for your program

*At the very latest, students should arrive at 1:15 pm, as we must be out of the room by 1:30 pm.

Students will need to bring their passport, credit/debit card, and flight guidelines, such as the time you need to arrive, which airport to fly into, and your departure information.

Many credit/debit cards have a spending limit. If you have a limit, please call your bank/credit card company the day before to ask for a temporary increase to your limit and explain you are booking an international flight the next day. Your limit should be at least a little higher than you expect to spend.
